Essential oils can create a calm and relaxing environment, and some are especially good for getting a good nights sleep. When using essential oils for sleep, you can increase the effectiveness by creating an environment more condusive to sleep, and creating a nighttime routine. Ways to do this include turning off the tv and electronics, lowering the lights, putting on some relaxing music (we love healing frequency music!) and even doing a little meditation, prayer, or yoga.

Romatic and floral, Ylang Ylang also has a balancing aroma, balancing both sides of the brain. It helps to release negative emotions and ease anxiety, helping you to fall asleep faster.
